As a certified sleep and integrative health coach, I specialize in blending science-based coaching, functional health, and ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT) to create personalized, transformative experiences for those struggling with chronic insomnia, stress, and nervous system dysregulation. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are not broken—your body knows how to sleep, and with the right tools, you can reclaim effortless, natural rest.

With a background in integrative health, mind-body medicine, and trauma-informed coaching, I help clients move beyond surface-level sleep hacks to address the root causes of sleep disturbances. A Lifetime of Embodiment & Healing Practices

For me, the pursuit of mind-body-spirit-relationship integration is not just professional—it’s personal. As a lifelong student of Budō, the Japanese discipline of martial arts and spiritual embodiment, I hold a black belt in Aikido and train in Zen and Misogi breath purification meditation, Iaido swordwork, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and boxing. These practices have shaped my belief that true healing is found in movement, breath, and mindful connection—all essential components of restoring sleep and deepening self-awareness.
